Job description

  • Give guidance, supervise, support, motivate sales force to ensure they get the most from their territories
  • Guide the sales force to implement the marketing plan of the company and provides timely and appropriate feedback
  • Work closely with MSRs to develop MSRs though coaching & field training
  • Personal contacts with top specialists’ ophthalmologists, with commercial channels, Health Service 
  • Assist the Supervisor to stabilize the distribution to provide customers with good service. Efficiently cooperate with distributors to ensure collect receivables. 
  • Be aware of competitors' activities, and recommend action plan to Supervisor  and Marketing staff.
  • Jointly with marketing staff participate in conferences, symposiums, seminars, workshops, eye camps
  • Recruit good MRSs, encourage & retain them. Develop competency MSRs to get good candidate for promotion.
  • Build good relationship with  KDMs to ensure getting highest results of listing, tender & reimbursement. 

General requirement

  • Minimum: 

               + University degree in Medical / Pharmaceutical  and / or Business Management
               + High proficiency in English

  • Prefer:  

               + MBA degree 
               + Excellent at English
