Job description
Determine the production policy of the area and ensure its implementation. Ensuring a reporting of the activities, analyze and put the results to use in a continuous improvement dynamic;
Monitor the management of the industrial tool in order to attain the required level of production in a proper timeframe.
Ensure the level of quality required respecting the pharmaceutical rules
Maintain a balanced risk management system in the area and develop the profitability
Manage operational teams, developing motivation and cooperation within the factory through acceptance to projects;
Define the needs for staff and allocate the human resources depending on the priorities, you participate to relations with social partners and to reunions with trade unions, you define training programs, you participate to recruitment and to professional development of all our collaborators in the area;
Define the HSE policy of the area and monitor its implementation
General requirement
Pharmaceutical/Chemical educational background
Significant experience in production unit Management, in the pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge of local pharmaceutical, quality, technical and social relations regulatory environment
Autonomous and source of proposals
Rigorous, analytic, and result-oriented
Team-oriented, anticipation and responsiveness
Mastering Vietnamese and English
