Anti Counterfeit Coordinator

Job description
Supervise, coordinate and provide legal support in all raids, investigation, market surveys relating to counterfeits, copycats and greys in assigned areas (15-20 provinces).
Maintain good relationship and closely co-operation with enforcing authorities at provincial levels (Committee 127, Economic Police, Market Control Team, Customs, Tax office, etc.)
Coordinate with local enforcing authorities for setting up relevant product’s identification training workshops for company.
Information analysis and making relevant investigation and raids reports in verbal or written forms.
Follow up with reports on destruction and settlement results of fakes, copycats seized
Coordinate internally functions/departments, IP agents & authorities to solve all IP questions and inquiries.
Minimize fakes, copycat and unfair competitive infringements.
Prevent sabotage against company’s properties & employees
Compliance with company’s & anti counterfeit working principals and IP laws.
Coordinate and assist with bad-debts collection from the company’s terminated distributors if required.
General requirement
Experience:
At least 02 year working in Sales Department is preferred.
Personal Skills:
Leadership/Management ability.
Self-confidence & integrity
Good command in software application.
Team work and comfortable with travelling to South and Mekong provinces.
Be prepared to cope with extended working hours and extensive travel for prolonged periods to conduct assigned work
