Job Descriptions:

Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

1.    Develop partnerships with medical societies, healthcare professionals (HCPs), key opinion leaders (KOLs), patients and other enterprises on behalf of company.
2.    Develop PM strategy and plan that is fully aligned with global brand direction and relevant to the local environment
3.    Collaborate with brand team for alignment brand equity building through professional marketing activities & material development
4.    Execute of PM plans for the brands along with implementation of PM strategies
5.    Oversee educational material & sample adaptation and deployment
6.    Oversee Field force operation & responsible for team’s capability development
7.    Take a part in professional trade shows, symposium and conferences
8.    Lead the integration activities with Hospital Channel when and where relevant
9.    Assurance on HCC and Accounting compliance for all professional Marketing activities

General Requirements:

•    B.A., B.S. (minimum requirement) with advanced degree in Marketing. MBA is preferably

•    A minimum of 5 years of same position

•    Understand marketing but not necessary 100% pure consumer marketing

•    Preferable Key Account back ground

•    Understand and have current relationship with hospital system is an advantages (not a must)

•    Budget and team management skill

•    Good in relationship building

•    Experiences of development and execution of PM plans

•    Functional knowledge of PM and its role to brand equity building

•    Highly motivated, working with minimum supervisor

•    Strong collaboration ability and open minded character

•    Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills

•    Ability to work in ambiguity environment

•    Ability to partner and motivate effectively across functions and levels

•    Leadership skills that would enable pursuit of every project with passion and enthusiasm

•    A bias towards demonstrated strategic thinking and healthcare compliance
