Job Description:
Employee development:
• Train and provide development opportunities for staff. Ensure annual goals are complete and communicated. Ensure MPS system is up to date and regular feedback is provided to staff members.
• Monitor and evaluate team members, and adjust training where needed.
• Attract, retain and develop high potential talent.
• Perform general management duties, exercising usual authority concerning staff, performance appraisals, promotions and terminations. Responsible for training and development of subordinate staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.
• Positively lead and influence team members to partner together to achieve individual and business goals.
Production management:
• To be responsible for day-to-day operations of the production floor: meeting production schedules, managing contingency plans and ensuring production is being done at the highest of quality standards.
• To be responsible for production results, drive execution of improvement plans, help set operations improvement goals, ensure priorities and accountabilities are clear, provide resources and removes obstacles to ensure achieve section KPIs: OEE, cost, TIR, Complaint …
• Leading significant projects to improve production KPIs: Cost, OEE, scraps…
• Design and implement operational improvement strategies for safety, cost, quality, training…
• Analyze and draw information for long-term strategic change and improvement of section
• Participate in the establishment of sites’ annual operating plans.
• Ensure Lean implementation to be deployed effectively in shop floor through commitment and involvement of production team.
• Leading AM pillar to develop fully ownership of shop floor people
Maintenance management:
• Ensure maximum efficient operations of facilities and equipment (OEE, MTBF, MTTR…)
• Plans, coordinates, and supervises machine and/or building maintenance schedules and activities to ensure maintenance cost controlled in budget
• Drive execution of maintenance improvement plans, help set operations improvement goals, ensure priorities and accountabilities are clear, provide resources and removes obstacles to ensure section KPIs meet requirement: R&M cost, safety, MTBF, MTTR, % BD …
• May assist with or oversee engineering design and construction of new facilities, or alterations or modifications of existing facilities.
• Plans, coordinates and schedules the maintenance employees.
• Coordinate all ordering of parts and services that will maintain or improve the machine/facility cost effectively.
• Maintain a highly organized inventory of files, parts and shop area.
• Analyze and draw information for long-term strategic change and improvement for multiple teams/shifts.
• Involve in PM pillar to develop zero breakdown vision
Raw/Pack material warehouse management:
• To be responsible for day-to-day operations of the RPM warehouse to support production with OTIF material delivery to meeting production schedules
• To be responsible for RPM warehouse results, drive execution of improvement plans, and ensure priorities and accountabilities are clear, provide resources and removes obstacles to ensure success for section to achieve section KPIs: Budget, Inventory accuracy, warehouse safety …
• Analyze and draw information for long-term strategic change and improvement of section
General Requirements:
Mandatory requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 05 years operations/manufacturing experience with 3+ Production leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrating successful experience in leading and managing individuals and teams, people development oriented
• Working knowledge of modern manufacturing, material flow and improvement strategies and the ability to integrate those into the operation.
• Demonstrating understanding of financial systems and the key drivers within the manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills in strategy, communication at all levels and execution.
• Strong leadership skills, ability to lead, contribute, and influence others in a team-based organization
• Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, SAP and function specific software.
• Excellent organizational and people skills, project management skills, with an ability to openly convey informatio to team members in a timely, concise manner.
• Demonstrating continuous improvement mindset, Lean/TPM experience and strong at practical execution of Autonomous Management (AM), Plan maintenance (PM)

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget
- Critical thinking, problem solving
- Proactive, shop floor person and good at training & coaching
