Job description
•    Define relevant strategies to achieve objectives for Nutrition Advisors team development.
•    Responsible for Nutrition DSR team’s effectiveness and efficiency including both KPIs and ROI
•    Support in developing New Channels to deliver agreed objectives/targets
•    Ensure the compliance of trade activities following Local codes, WHO code and Nestle Instructions for marketing and promotion at point of sale.
•    Ensure development and execution of Plan for the assigned Channels
•    Ensure achievement of agreed Channel targets/KPIs (OG, Forecast accuracy, visibility etc.) including new channels
•    Ensure implementation and periodic update/follow up of Channel Plan, including new opportunities
•    Support in development of Customer and Field Sales Plans, especially Nutrition DSR and NNAs.
•    Support in ICP process on developing in-store vision plan
•    Identify killer Shopper Insight/actionable idea and develop in-store execution
•    Effectively support in managing Category Channel specific budget.
•    Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.
•    Collaborate with peer CCSD to share actionable plan for visibility…. liaise with Marketing, Customer Team, Field Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to drive Category, Channel and Shopper related initiatives
General requirement
Education:
•    BA Degree or higher
Experience:
•    2-3 years experience in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs
Personal Skills:
•    Demonstrated ability to lead and/or participate in commercial teams
•    Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field
•    Had experience in managing a channel/category
•    Analytical and strategic thinking. Planning & Organizing/ Project management
•    Communication and presentation skills. Good command in English
