Job Description:

•    Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
•    Ensures smooth process on: Hiring/Recruitment/Orientation/Training, HR Management, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Process, Compensation and Wage Structure, Supports Diversity, Classifying Employees, Employment Law, Organization and implement General Administration policies.
•    Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
•    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements:

•    University Degree with at least 5 year related experience
•    Excellent HR skills, good communication skills and knowledgeable in MS Office Application
•    Good interpersonal skills
•    Experienced working with internal stakeholders and can manage HR demand of 300-500 workforces.
