Job Description
•    In charge of building monthly / weekly working plans
•    Establishing SOP/ procedures according and being implemented with standards of company
•    Providing consultant service about technical issues as well as technology transfer to customers
•    Providing after-sale service, such as: maintenance, guarantees and repairing for machines, equipments
•    Conducting the testing process for new products
•    Translating the technical documents or necessary guidelines about products
•    Training and couching for sales engineers / customer service staffs about technical knowledge
•    Providing advises / consultancy for Head of Sales and Service about: customer service, training process, product development…

Job Requirement
•    Male, 28-35 years old
•    University degree in related majors
•    Good English skills
•    03 years of experience in manager position. Prefer experience in technical service department and business understanding
•    At least 03 years experience in installation, maintenance and repairing equipments, machines in manufacturing field
•    Honest, careful, hard-working, persistent and self-motivated
•    Enthusiasm, passionate in technology / technical business
•    Have the ability to explore, to learn and handle high-pressure
•    Ability to communicate, influence and convince people
•    Proactive, willing to travel
