JOB DESCRIPTION
•    Frequently interact with inspector team from USA, and represents company during property protection inspections by insurance carrier and responsible for addressing deficiencies noted.
•    Maintains regulatory compliance with governmental regulations on health and safety.
•    Conforms the standards set by applicable regulations.
•    Conducts routine inspections of facilities for compliance with company and government regulations.
•    Prepares reports for submission to supervisors and management, which identify the potential hazard(s) and or department discrepancies found, and provides recommendations for control and      compliance.
•    Advises employees, supervisors, and management on safe work practices and potential hazards.
•    Leads and assists plant personnel with safety and health issues.
•    Investigates and resolves employee health/safety issues.
•    Implements effective training to assist line and staff management in understanding safety regulations and procedures
•    Ensures proper inspection and maintenance of fire protection equipment and emergency response   activities.
•    Conducts accident investigations
•    Participate in meeting, workshops, and conferences to keep abreast of emerging safety, health, and environmental issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
•    Required: Four Year Degree in Health and Safety or related field

Experience
•    3 - 5 years in Health and Safety or related field / from pharmaceutical or different industry

Knowledge of:
•    Proficient in the operation of personal computer (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point)
•    Vietnamese governmental regulations on health and work safety requirements.
•    First aid

English:
•    Good in communication

Skills and Abilities
•    Knowledge in the application of government health and safety regulations
•    Effective supervisory skills
•    Good PC Software skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
•    Excellent presentation skills
•    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
•    Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the company
•    Demonstrated organizational skills
•    Available to work a variable schedule
