Tasks & Responsibilities:

·      Proactively cross-functional collaborate with Marketing/RSM/KAM/MA/RA and manage projects of patient access and local government policies

·      Be responsible for HEOR data that are essential to local needs

·      Assist local patient support programs, name patient programs, treatment guidelines, advisory boards for reimbursement

·      Develop engagement plan and build strong relationship with relevant key stakeholders in ministry level related reimbursement, national tender and pricing policies

·      Closely monitor environmental developments in reimbursement, national tender and pricing. Provide up to date policy changes that effects Pharmaceuticals business to relevant functions

·      Develop the analytical, strategic and innovative approach for negotiation and address opportunities. Ensure qualitative approach with deeper understanding of stakeholders needs and science of products to build/communicate relevant, solid value arguments

·      Ensure timely and accurate update of Vietnam information in the Corporate Pricing Database; ensure compliance to global and regional policies and guidelines on price governance and associated matters

·      Consult with Company Regional Market Access when necessary to strengthen activities introduce products to the market

·      Support others assigned by line manager 

Requirements:

·      Medical or Pharmaceutical university degree; Medical is most preferred

·      Degree in science/health sciences/pharmacy/medicine/economics/epidemiology/Public Health

·      5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry

·      Have comprehensive understanding of the pricing/reimbursement environment and the government/payer review process

·      Ability to review and analyze business and medical data

·      Knowledge on preparing, submitting and negotiating product listing dossiers are preferable

·      Good English, communication, presentation and project management skill

·      Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently, with ability to deal with external high level stakeholders. Strong of interpersnal and interdisciplinary skills to interact& influence cross-functional teams in exploring innovative approaches

·      Ability to deal well with ambiguity in a changing, multi-tasking environment
