Job description

Supports the Ethics and Compliance program for the company by designing, developing and managing compliance operations, activities and projects, with an emphasis on transparency and disclosure. Independently provides guidance, analyses and tools that enable compliance oversight, internal controls and prevention strategies. Uses expertise and influence to work effectively across teams (within compliance, IS, HR, etc.) to ensure optimum alignment of ethics and compliance initiatives across the company.

General requirement

- Strong knowledge of rules, regulations, and industry guidance that impact compliance-related activities, state reporting laws and regulations, fraud & abuse, local MOH regulations, Pharma Code, anti-bribery laws. Strong working knowledge of best practices for a corporate-wide compliance program, including but not limited to the areas of transparency and disclosure, and anti-bribery and anti-corruption.

- Bacherlors Degree in Major with Legal, Finance, Business Management.

Must possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of compliance and ethics risks and elements of an effective compliance program in a pharmaceutical or life sciences setting, including a deep understanding of the requirements for an effective compliance program
