Key Accountabilities:

Performs cleaning, lubrication and other preventive maintenance tasks as required.
Ensure preventive maintenance is being followed through.
Minimum machine break down.
Maintain machines, equipment & facilities to ensure they are in tip-top condition.
Tests and performs necessary machine product adjustments to ensure full functionality.
Inspects completed repairs.
Assist the production in setting up the machines (if required).
Arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components
Control / maintain spare parts, maintenance tools, stores and equipments
Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
To be awareness of safety Maintain sound housekeeping and safety practices in the plant area
Lead EHS team in Viet Nam to manage EHS activities and ensure effective implementation of EHS
program aligned within the region.
Drive overall EHS plant activities and support ADV to comply with regulation law and company
corporate policy by monitoring and focus on plant duty operation: unsafe act and unsafe condition.
Establish/maintain/improve EHS and corporate direction and guideline, EHS’s SOP.
Take proactive measures to identify risks and to avoid accident/incident from happening.
Provide and arrange EHS training for all staff properly, and manage maintenance safety equipment
in good condition.
Develop training materials and deliver EHS training.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensure standardization of EHS practices e.g. PPE practice with global standard.
Respond to an establishment of the EHS A3 (yearly plan), coordinate and work with the team to
prioritize EHS implementation.
Organize and lead EHS audit/inspection, familiar with ISO18000 system and is capable to establish a
new system, and ensure sustainable compliance through company-wide standards and program.
Organize and lead safety activities as well as improve under Kaizen project by follow and implement
some best practice learning form some plant. In addition, improve inspection aid, equipments and
inspection capability; BOP-Behavior Observation Program, WTS,-Walk through Survey, etc.
Develop and coaching plant emergency response team to be ready and prompt response.
Consolidate issue EHS monthly report timely & effectively.
Act as plant support; Special Task/job/project that is related to EHS function need to verify, job safety
analysis, job risk such as welding, highest, and confine space.
Perform other EH&S duties as assigned by superior.
Qualifications:
Include educational, work experience, geographic, industry, functional experience, as well as language/systems/other skill requirement.
Specify Essential/Desirable.
Bachelor's Dgree in Mechanical Engineering, EE or related fields
Minimum 3-5 years experience in continuous processes industries
Preferably experience in web handling manufacturing or related fields
Fluency in speaking, reading, writing and understanding in English
PLC programming, Robot programming
Computer literacy with an emphasis on MS Office tools
Ability to understand technical drawings.
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience / understanding of environmental sustainability drivers, programs.
