Essential to have background in pharmaceutical or contract pharmaceuticals, GMP experience Strong knowledge of requirements of Vietnamese GMP Experience in communicating with competent authority and in participating in regulatory inspections Must be qualified pharmacist and be able to perform batch release Experience in implementing Quality Management Systems Good attention to detail but able to consider “the big picture” and able to look at things holistically Team building experience Ability to manage multiple complex problems with the potential for rapid change of scope and/or direction. Proven ability to lead and perform thorough investigations into quality issues such as non-conformities and deviations Strong English skills; both verbally and written Strong analytical approach, excellent problem solving capabilities and the ability to debate issues in a constructive manner Outstanding interpersonal, communication and influencing/negotiating skills; high level of professional credibility with the skills required to develop strong alliances and partnerships, internally and externally. An individual who will positively contribute to managing the corporate message. Highly motivated and driven personality Ability to make regulatory and business focussed decisions with often less than optimum information in a risk management approach. Ability to stand by the decisions made to ensure compliant approach taken according to company code of conduct.
