Primary Job Function

  • Professional Services Executive is responsible for delivering sales of Company integrated solutions and professional services.
  • Complete detailed large opportunity business plan for each account
  • Identify and engage with key decision makers including C-Suites in the customer organization to access their needs and provide relevant solution and professional services.
  • Continuous delivery of professional services contracted.
 
Core Job Responsibilities
List the primary tasks and/or activities this job performs on an ongoing basis.
  • Lead in the development and presentation of proposals to sell and deliver client engagements that design, and implement business and technology solutions for medium to large customers
  • Help implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance; acts as a trusted advisor to the customer
  • Be knowledgeable about industry trends, changing market regulations and healthcare policy within defined customer segment.  Understand the impact on customers and their key care-abouts.
  • Research target accounts to understand performance KPIs and customer strategies.  Build and preserve customer relationships to drive driving new sales and protect base business.
  • Negotiate contracts resulting in long-term commitments
  • Coordinates appropriate Company resources to execute the strategic account plan including assigning roles; expectations; responsibilities and timelines; engages members of the team through ongoing communication; tactical planning and execution
  • Acts as internal advocate for the customer; cultivates Company internal relationships and leverages to drive business objectives
  • Act as lead coordinator for all accounts under his/her responsibility; Execute business reviews for each active account
  • Responsible for configuration and conducting informatics product demonstrations for prospects
  • Must respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs/RFQs
  • Obtain complete understanding of ADD product and solution sets
  • Obtain complete knowledge and understanding of professional services product portfolio
  • Attain mastery level organizational navigation to incorporate appropriate Diagnostics product

Position Accountability / Scope
Indicate the reporting relationships, products, budgets, throughput, level of contacts (internal and external), or other scoping measures this job is responsible for.
  • This position reports to the  Acquisition Manager
  • Responsible for annual revenues target and per annum incremental sales target.
  • Geographically the accounts will be located  in Vietnam
  • Performance will be measured on a quarterly and annual basis and will be reflected in merit increases; compensation plans and annual performance reviews.
 
Minimum Education
Indicate the minimum education level to perform this job.
Science, technology or engineering degree with sales and marketing experience is idea. MBA is desired
 
Minimum Experience/Training Required
Indicate the minimum experience and/or training required to perform this job.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years healthcare business development and engagement sales experience required
  • Minimum 5 years of  experience in selling solutions and professional services
  • Diagnostics industry experience preferred  
  • Strong understanding of how technology drives value in healthcare preferred
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required
  • An advanced degree is preferred
  • Ability to travel 50% required
  • Strong critical thinking &  problem solving with ability to exercise mature judgment & work in ambiguity
  • Proven ability to  execute without (daily) direction
  • Executive level business and financial acumen, strong team leadership skills
  • Strong internal and external networking skills with EQ to develop and enhance long term relationships
  • Executive presence and a “can-do” attitude
  • Strong meeting facilitation and presentation skills
