- Make plans and action plans for the Department;
- Organize and deploy activities as planned
- Assign tasks and monitor staff’s performance
- Be responsible for improving the working style, technical profession for staff
- Make product development plans as assigned by BOD
- Review and approve on research documents
- Beresponsible for developing formulations, processing procedures, packaging procedures, primary packaging procedure in accordance with technical specifications and stability of products.
- Be responsible for putting products under development on stability.
- Develop necessary quality requirements, technical standards for materials used in manufacturing.
- Organize the production of trial batches; define optimal processes to prepare documents for drug registration.
- Receive procedures of licensed / franchised products Review and approve of production procedures
- Coordinate with other workshops to find out the causes of technical issues and give solutionstimely.
- Review, evaluate effectiveness of production process forthe purpose of reduce loss, save materials, develop productivity, and contribute to cost reduction while ensuring product quality.
- Get involved in periodical evaluation of product quality, assess and find ways to improve product quality.
- Set quality goals of the department under Company quality policies.
- Job Report To Vice General Director.
- Understanding and experience in scientific research
- Working experience in pharmaceutical research and development.
- Understanding of quality management systems in pharmaceutical industry (GMP, GLP, GSP)
- 05 years of experience as a junior manager (head of department)
- University qualification:Phamarcy
- Foreign language: Be able to read and understand English documents to help with doing research
