Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage & develop KA team to support Promotion team achieve company target in Hospital channel
Increase company’s products access in hospitals by follow up Listing & Tender Process in Drug Biding.
Identifies opportunities and needs, and maintains relationships with payers, healthcare decision makers, and healthcare professionals in assigned territories
Follow up & update MoH/SoH policy & circulars in Drug Biding
Cross functional Team work with internal& external customers: DKSH, MKT, PM,DRA, Medical
Requirements:
· Graduated in Pharmaceutical & Medicine University
· 3-5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical/medical industry ( As a team leader)
· Experience in business planning & market analysis
· Communication, Interpersonal skill
· Proven Negotiation skill
· Planning, Strategic thinking, Organizing, Presentation, Public speaking skills.
· Analytical and Project Management skills
· Ability to work independently as well as part of cross-functional team.
· Willing to take initiative, trying new ideas.
· People Management experiences.
· IT and English are fluently
