YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Be a Technical Resource Internally / Externally on One Product Line:

• 
  Application & product recommendations
  
• 
  After sales service (troubleshooting) for product processing and end user functionality
  
• 
  Competitive product performance understanding /benchmarking
  
• 
  Develop information for data sheets and other technical marketing collateral
  
• 
  Engage with converters and end users as directed by marketing /sales personnel
  
• 
  Direct technician on application based testing support, direct /Train AC’s

Product Development / Scale Up Support

• 
  Define market needs and translate into technical CTQ’s
  
• 
  Support new product development scale up’s / ECR’s / Prototyping
  
• 
  Provide field trial support / ensure products meet customer requirements  

Compliance

• Understanding compliance requirements and own response
• Understanding OEM specifications, define CTQ’s for products to comply
•  Agency relationship and compliance project management

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Chemical, Printing, packaging or related field
  
• 
  5-7 Years experienced in sales and marketing capacity for industrial products
  
• 
  Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  
• 
  Good supervisory & technical skill.
  
• 
  English proficiency - effective communication skills, both written and oral
