Associate Product Manager

  1. In charge of Woman Health
  • Identify , develop , evaluate market and brand development as per product development strategies
  • Analyze sales, customers, market data, consumer insight to define right segmentation, targeting, positioning for the brands in charge
  • Develop, implement & control marketing programs as per the annual approved budget
  • Conduct the market research and sales analysis to implement suitable and productive market development
  • Evaluate the financial aspects of produce development, such as budgets, expenditure or ROI and profit-loss projections
  • Coordinate with related cross functions , distribution partner, export partner to ensure effective sales and demand planning
  • Make highly accurate sales forecast
  • Implement training program to Field Force and key stakeholders
  • TLs engagement


  1. Take lead on EP portfolio marketing activation implementation
  • HCPs Workshop/symposiums/congress (pharmacy and hospital) : topic, agenda, invitation, logistics of events, speaker..
  • Communication materials development & training : slide set of IST/GM/HM and pharmacist materials, patient materials
  • Implement all advertisement activities : merchandising, taxi ads, bus, LCDs
  • Implement public communication campaigns : Educational program cooperated with GOFP & WU for HCPs and end users including : organizing educational events ( taking care of speaker, develop content, agenda, Q&A) online contest, fan page, influencer marketing , PR articles, Online consultation
  • In charge of campaign reports : review activities ( KPIs, cost, timing, resource), take out  key learnings ( what is good, what need to be done for improvement), recommendation for next activities
  • Work with Procurement for project briefing and work with Agency/3rd parties to ensure MKT plans are implemented on time with deliverable results, give prompt feedback for quick corrective actions if any 
  • Coordinate with field force/ cross functional team at planning and implementation of activities; get market intelligence to input for planning in further.
  • Collaborate with MSL/MA to enhance TLs engagement
  • Monitor P&I spending as phasing for each activity, and follow up spending of field force activities : IST, GM
  • Plan and execute the training schedule for Field Force: product knowledge, role play, product test…
  • In charge of process : Content factory, eIPR, Shopping cart

  • University graduated
  • Young entrepreneurship , hardworking, ambitious to be developed 
  • 1-2 years experiences at the same level
  • Good communication skills ( Vietnamese and English - preferred)
  • Strong collaboration with cross function, key stakeholders
  • Proactively ask for help and ask to help
  • Time management skills
  • Enjoy fieldwork, proactive, passionate, teamwork
  • Good computer skills (Excel ,PPT, Word..)
  • Willing to travel and field visit extensively
