Position: Training & Development Senior Staff
Working Place: Bien Hoa
Gender: Male or Female
I. JOB SUMMARY
Training & Development Senior Staff shall undertake responsibilities to support overall training and development activities / initiatives.
II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
- Develop, implement and monitor training programs (TNA, annual training plan, career path…).
- Execute the training plan and the competency-based programs in company such as Recruitment, Training and Development, Talent Management, Position Management, Annual Performance Evaluation, Promotion and Grading…
- Plan the annual budget for training and development activities.
- Carry out the internal training programs including developing its training materials, providing the internal training under the forms of classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, workshops, team-building activities….
- Monitor and report on activities, cost, performance… as required.
- Other assignment tasks related to the staff development / motivation / engagement…
III. JOB RELATIONSHIPS
1. Internal:
- Report directly to HR Section Manager and/or HR Department Manager.
- Daily working with Company’s Departments / Section / Units / Branches.
2. External:
- Training partners, training centers ….
- Other partners related to the assignment if any.
IV. REQUIREMENTS
1. Education:
- University (related majors)
2. Professional
- Good background on human resources management.
- Sound knowledge/experience on staff development.
- Understanding in Competency Development, TNA, Training Plan & Budget, Posttraining evaluation and monitoring.
3. Capabilities / Skills:
- Analysis, details and creative thinking.
- Good interpersonal and communication.
- Cooperative mind and teamwork spirit.
- Good at presentation.
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment coupled with initiative and
in an organized manner with minimal supervision.
- Ability to interface professionally with all levels of personnel.
4. Job experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in Training and Development.
- 2 years of experience in the equivalent position (FMCG, Manufacturing) .
5. Personal qualification:
- Proactive, ready to face the challenge and ready to learn new knowledge.
- Loyalty with organization where rendering the service.
- Confidentiality commitment.
6. Other requirements:
- Proficient in Vietnamese and English Communication (Speaking and written).
- Skills in Microsoft Office applications: Word, excel, PowerPoint,...
V. WORKING CONDITION
- Working time: 07:30 – 16:00 / from Monday to Friday.
- Working place: Bien Hoa (have Bus from HCM to Bien Hoa)
