The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly engaged Regional Sales Manager South and Center being responsible for achieving sales and activity targets. The person will furthermore be the main driver to develop and coach our Regional Sales Team and to present, values and commitment in daily contact with customers. 
The person must live the  values and continuously drive improvement processes in the affiliate. A solid market and business understanding is a must in order to succeed in this position. A clear follow-up strategy is needed as well as customer oriented, planning and organising.

Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi and employ 110 plus engaged people dedicated to support our affiliate outperform competition and overcome challenges.


You will be part of sales team and be responsible for driving business across South and Center. You will report to the Vice President and General Manager SEEM and lead a team approximately 50 members.


The position is located in Ho Chi Minh City.

The Job
The role of the Regional Sales Manager South and Center holds key strategic and operational responsibilities in setting the business direction and managing the diabetes sales team as a whole. Key areas of responsibility are to drive our sales growth strategy and ensure execution excellence, develop and implement sales force excellence initiatives, keep abreast of market and sales development, drive business performance, build and maintain good relations with internal and external key stakeholders and champion people development. As the manager, you as well need to coach and develop your team.
The position holder will have a high degree of decision making directly impacting business and people performance. The Regional Sales Manager is accountable for the sales performance of of South and Center regions and is part of the affiliate Score Commercial team.

We use our skills, dedication and ambition to change diabetes.  By working with us in this role, you will have the direct impact towards improving the lives of people with diabetes in Vietnam.

You hold an academic degree in Science or related discipline. You have at least 10 year experience in sales management within Vietnam pharmaceutical industry. You are required to have strong business acumen, especially knowledge with the Diabetes business.
A strong candidate has a high level of strategic capability, strong operational excellence and a proven track record in leadership and business performance. You possess excellent communication and engagement skills, and are a self-starter, engaged, dynamic and results-driven person with fluency in both Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
