Job description
Strategy: Define and implement the HR strategy for the organization in consideration of the business plan. Act as an adviser to support Executive Team dynamics and team spirit.
Business partner: Proactively establish strong working relationship with line managers.Seeks to understand key business issues in the organization and their impact on people.
Recruitment/ Selection: Drive selection process and ensures quality induction process for new hires.
C&B: Ensure availability of up-dated role profiles, job grading and remuneration levels for key positions in client group. Drives annual salary review process in client group. Ensure full reliability of payroll.
Performance Management: Actively support high performance culture through systematic management of Performance Management system.Advises on appropriate use, ensures application at all levels with a focus on development and estab-lishes a quality monitoring approach.
Talent management: Design talent management strategy and develop accordingly tools, process and programs to create talent pipeline and ensure succession planning. Lead with the support of the Country Head the Organization Talent Review process to create and ensure acontinuous dynamics in terms of people development and retention.
Organisational Development and Organisational Change: Drive and facilitate organisational development projects and challenge Country Head and Management Team on status quo. Keep actively shaping organisation and support quality culture campaigns. Guide Country Head in setting strong internal communication routines to engage employees systematically & regularly. In conjunction with line management and the Regional HR Head contribute to the development of a value based organisational culture which will inspire employee commitment and promote a winning spirit.
HR processes: Operates current HR processes and systems related to entry, development, retention and departure of em-ployees with high level of quality.
Employment Regulations: Ensure all activities comply with relevant Acts, local employment legislation and ethical stan-dards.
Communication: set up and ensure the implementation of regular communication actions such as internal announcement, possible newsletter, town hall, etc.
Global HR Initiatives: Work closely with Regional/Global HR and ensure all HR initiatives are aligned to the local business strategy and effectively rolled out and implemented.
General requirement
Degree or Master Degree in social sciences or business administration, ideally an advanced degree or specialisation in HR
Fluent in Vietnamese and English
>7 years of experience in a generalist HR function, including HR leadership experience in MNC
Significant record of managing processes related to employee selection, development, retention and labour relations
Experience of working within a matrix/complex organisation
Proven ability to handling a high volume of activity involving multiple, often complex projects simultaneously
