Key Account Manager


Our client is one of the world's largest consumer and specialty packaging companies, with 65 manufacturing units and several sales offices which are located in 35 countries in world wide.

Job description

  • Manage and generate increasing revenue from assigned accounts and industry segments. 
  • Exhibits strong leadership and management skills in key accounts and contract negotiations.
  • Responsible for key account management and coordinates technical resources locally.
  • Establish long-term business relationships at all levels with key clients with focus on new clients.
  • Review and implement feasible business and market development programs for medium/long term business growth potentials. 
  • Lead a team of Sales Executives
  • To ensure that sales target assigned are meet or exceeded

General requirement

  • Graduate in Chemical Engineering or Polymer Science; or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in packaging (paper / tin can) ; chemical & plastic industry (preferable but not a must)
  • Knowledge of Plastics and its relevant applications (preferable but not a must)
  • Sound knowledge of engineering plastics with strong network and contacts within the packaging industry (preferable but not a must)
  • Confident and highly self-motivated individual with good business acumen
  • Result-oriented performer and proven ability to perform well within a matrix organization
  • Enjoys challenges and able to perform under demanding timeliness
  • Good communication skills with a pleasant personality
  • Able to communicate fluently in English and Vietnamese
  • Computer literacy
