Job description

• Development of a yearly Marketing Plan which outlines marketing strategies and initiatives for the products responsible
• Product Management

                   + Portfolio Management including inventory management and cost containment
                   + Development of training materials and  conducting training  for the  New Employees
                   + Training Program

• Planning and execution of marketing activities

                   + Product campaigns / promotions
                   + Exhibition booth

• Development of selling aids on a half yearly/yearly basis
• Provide 2nd line technical/application support eg evaluations, projects, troubleshooting
• Support field force with 

                   + Customer presentation
                   + Market intelligence and competitor product updates
                   + Formulation of sales arguments
                   + Product information updates

• Assist in market surveys for market assessment and development (internal/external)
• Regularly monitor sales performance of responsible products and actively implement initiatives to close gaps
• Recommend pricing & forecasting for the products responsible
• Prepare and plan annual Marketing Expenses budgets
• Supervise and develop subordinates to perform responsibilities effectively
• Conducts business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition

General requirement

• Bachelor in Health/Science 
• MBA in Marketing will be a plus
• Multi-national companies in a similar industry with sales experience for at least 3-5 years is preferred
• Sales experience in related industry is required
• Supervisory experience is preferred
