Job description

• Contribute to and drive marketing part and lifecycle management strategies
• Develop and execute cross-functional efforts to maximize brand profitability
• Anchor upgrade strategy from Human insulin:
• Drive, execute and deliver on strategic initiatives in securing a solid upgrade strategy, conversion from HI to MI.
• Coordinate the execution of brand marketing strategy in particular focusing on:

                  + Implementation of overall the company’s strategy
                  + Drive product upgrade from vials to devices
                  + Promotion of the company’s product in exhibition and congresses
                  + Support training for team (together with the other product manager) by developing material and best practices 
                  + Represent the company actively and participate in preparation of external meetings 
                  + Conduct regular doctor/patient group presentation for early insulinisation with premix insulin

• Support with analysis & forecasting for strategy development: 

                  + Ensure proper forecast of product
                  + Internal sales data validation, IMS data analysis and interpretation
                  + Prepare presentation for monthly reports
General requirement

• A medical degree. A master’s degree in marketing and/or equivalent business related education would be an added advantage.. 
• You should possess 3-5 years of product management experience in pharmaceutical industry
