Job description
Deploy Innovation/ Renovation projects from global/ regional in local market. All regional roll out projects of Foods must meet the agreed criteria including, first time correct, vertical start up and timely delivery.
Actively provide technical contribution during claim workshop and ensure the advertising claims for consumers are complaint in according to company’s policies and Vietnam regulation.
Be an active participant in all new regional projects related to Foods.
Brand Building Partnership:
Actively support brand team by constantly gathering break-through development information in the respective product categories, competitor product information, regional development information, consumer trends as perceived through day to day interactions with ordinary citizens, etc.
Understand Vietnamese consumer to give inputs for RDC
Supply Chain Partnership:
Be a key contact point of RDC to conduct the factory trial in Vietnam.
Manage all manufacturing processes of products belong to foods category.
Product compliance:
Ensure product are safe and compliant in accordance to mandatory company’s policies (allergens, GMOs, nutrition, etc) and relevant Vietnamese legislation. Ensure that legislative requirements are in place prior to introduce a new product to the market. Ensure all products circulate in the market comply with Vietnam regulatory.

COUNTRY NUTRITIONIST
Responsible for the nutrition and health communications for brand in Vietnam.
Implement company’s nutrition related policies in all nutrition/health communications
Be an ambassador for company’s nutrition related policies internally and externally.
Be an active member of company’s regional and global nutrition team promoting sharing expertise and best practices
As per the business needs, to be willingly ready to carry out any other tasks assigned by line manager.
General requirement
University Degree in chemistry (Foods chemistry/ applied chemistry, chemical engineering…)
Have understanding foods proclamation, foods activities, foods hygiene law, labeling regulation
Have good written and oral communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Good presentation skill, influence skills
Well versed in MS Office applications
