Job description


Key duties:

  • Match himself company’s target
  • Manage the Sales organization in all the offices in Vietnam
  • Develop New Customers and business opportunities
  • Other projects and roles as required by General Manager of country

Key measurements:

  • Ensure Vietnam meets sales target
  • Build strong carrier relationships for key regions and business with carriers
  • Joint Sales calls with Sales team at least 2 per week
  • Bring in new customers in Vietnam
  • Weekly Sales review with team on win/lost accounts in previous week
  • Weekly/ Monthly feedback of market trend to GM and Regional office.

General requirement

  • University graduation
  • English literacy required
  • 5 years in Freight Forwarding Sales
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication, negotiation and selling skills
