Job description
Develop customer & shopper insights for the channels assigned. Translate insights into business building opportunities within specific customers/channels
Work with field sales team to ensure excellence in in-store activation
Work out monthly rolling forecast for the specific channel(s).
Prepare promotion sell-out volume
Prepare market intelligence information
Prepare input for brand plan on innovation, market size, market growth, communication
Build incremental sales volume
Support marketing team in launch/ re-launch and consumer promotion activities:
Provide input for marketing to build budget, scheme and communication plans
Allocate promotion volume to channel/ customers in charge
Support Trade marketing Manager to work out the brief for BTL agencies and sales team
In charge of in-store POSM design, briefing POSM/Activation team for production and installation in store
Develop and execute all trade/ schematic shopper promotions:
Work out and propose the scheme to Trade Marketing Manager
Lead the communication to internal and external stakeholders on the scheme
Follow up with POSM production gift sourcing and delivery to stores
Conduct post-promotion evaluation
Others
Input for thematic customer event
Conduct trade visits and support in time to field sales.
General requirement
University graduate in business administrative, foreign trade, economics
At least 2-3 years working experience in sales for FMCG industry (experience in sales planning, trade marketing is an advantage)
Good analytical and influencing skill. Good sense of numbers.
Proven business management competency
Proactive. Good communication skill.
