Job description
Be in charge of antibiotic and respiratory
Develop marketing plan and promotional programs.
Deploy the implementation of strategy through sales force and follow up the process.
Allocate and manage Advertisement & Promotion budget for marketing activities.
Forecast sales monthly.
Co-operate with Market Research department to analyze the market.
Capture opportunity to expand market by developing potential segments or launching new products.
Carry-out symposia with local or foreign speakers.
Arrange program to involve doctors in overseas congresses
Train Field Force with product knowledge as needed, or activity orientations to match marketing plan.
Co-operate with Medical department to provide Medical Representatives with handling objections to support them in their activities.
Manages a team of 2 Product Managers
General requirement
Medical Doctor or Pharmacist background is required
2-3 years marketing experience at the same position in MNC Pharmaceutical companies
Fluent English communication skill
Confident, Energetic and good presentation skill
Good leadership skill
