Job description
Medical Customer Relations
Collaborates with global MI, Medical Affairs and other stakeholders for appropriate resolution of customer queries
Interacts strategically with other internal stakeholders (Medical Affairs, Trade Operations, PGM QA, Drug Safety, Reg Affairs, PAP, Brand Teams etc) to develop optimal solutions to meet internal and external customer needs
Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and partners with local and global teams in the development and maintenance of Implementation Guidelines (IGs) that impact inquiry management and frontline operations.
Coordinate the receipt, forwarding,MI database entry and other administration tasks required for reporting spontaneous adverse events and product complaints in accordance with Company procedures and local regulatory guidelines
Coordinate the receipt, handling, escalation (where required), MI database entry and other administration tasks required for handling customer medical enquiries
Helps in the development and deployment of aligned processes and systems in Vietnam
Leverages business intelligence through analysis of inquiry data. Recommends and leads the execution of strategic actions to improve MI function and performance.
Drives innovation and leads continuous process improvement within and outside of the department
Uses detailed knowledge of Company products to respond to customer medical enquiries. May contribute to the development of MI content (FAQs, Short Response Documents etc)
Liaises with MI Global Product Teams and other groups as required to localise global MI content as appropriate
Training& Compliance
Contribute tothe development of departmental SOPs, IGs and operating manuals
Provides support in preparation for internal audits and/or external inspections
Special Projects
Participate on assigned projects such as Continuous Improvement or MI initiatives as needed
Reports & Metrics
Identify and monitor key performance indicators for enquiry handling
Monitor customer query resolution timelines against prevailing service level agreements with internal stakeholders
Contribute to the production of departmental reports
General requirement
Pharmacist Bacground
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills (English Vietnamese)
Strategic and analytical thinking, ability to effectively prioritise tasks
Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams balanced with customer-oriented focus
Demonstrated excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes
Proficiency with computer and software applications
Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry strongly preferred
