JOB DESCRIPTION

•    Manages operational aspects of a project and scope
•    Minimize exposure and risk on project, enforces project standards,
•    Monitor field staff performance on all facets of assigned projects
•    Responsible for management budget and schedule objectives including the responsibility for the development of short and long term schedule, phasing and sequencing strategies.
•    Implements Safety, Quality, and Ethical Standards in accordance with official Company policies.
•    Performs site visits and monitors progress of construction activities on a regular basis.
•    Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, required documentation, presentations analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

•    B.S. degree &/or equivalent experience required
•    3-5 years of experience in project management
•    Ability to communicate in Chinese is a MUST (Director is Taiwanese).
•    Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and oral communications skills;
•    Excellent computer skills, including MS-Excel, Word and Outlook
•    General business (finance, operations, engineering) preferred.
•    Able to travel domestically and internationally to various locations
•    Able to work in an office and manufacturing environment
