JOB DESCRIPTION

•    Drive the aligned sales turnover through the assigned customers;
•    Build and develop good relationship with assigned accounts. Capture and solve occurred issue(s) relating to respective account.
•    Develop new customers with Department’s strategy;
•    Build up strategy planning and execute plans;
•    Study and capture information of customers (at present and in future), competitors and information of industrial fields relating to flexible packaging industry.
•    To execute all supporting activities of job requirements toward “safely producing the high quality products and complying with legal requirements”

ACCOUNTABILITY

•    To drive dedicated sales turnover and dedicated accounts as aligned budget
•    Responsible for sourcing and developing new customers
•    Manage and follow up customer’s sales orders
•    Coordinate with related Depts to deliver the sales projects
•    Monitoring the AR status of customers
•    Ensure the closing FG stocks are within control limit
•    Instruct, train and encourage employee to finish their jobs
•    Coordinate with other team leader to build up professional and coordinated working spirits
•    Coordinate with Sales Manager to set up sales and marketing strategy and method of how to contact customers

GENERAL REQUIREMENT

•    BA degree
•    1- 3 years of relevant work experience in packaging (paper / tin can), chemical & plastic industry (preferable but not a must)
•    Knowledge of Plastics and its relevant applications (preferable but not a must)
•    Sound knowledge of engineering plastics with strong network and contacts within the packaging industry (preferable but not a must)
•    Confident and highly self-motivated individual with good business acumen
•    Good communication skills and excellent in English
•    Computer literacy
