Job description:


To lead and control the sales force in order to achieve the objectives of the line involved.
Major Accountabilities:
1. Coach and develop sales team:
•Field coaching and In-field coaching to ensure the Med Rep’s skills and performance meet the Company’s requirement.
•Coordinate with sales team and Marketing to provide the related trainings such as product knowledge,
selling skills to sales team.
•Follow up on the performance improvement as well as propose for the required trainings to
sales team
•Manage and coach the team to implement the marketing activities successfully
2. Manage team performance and achieve the assigned objectives:
•Ensure the team’s execution and performance is in line with the company’s strategy and
direction, include but not limit to marketing activities.
•Lead the team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly total sales target and
focused product’s sales target.
•Manage the expenses of the team efficiently
3. Territory management:
•Establish, update the performance of the assigned territory/team
•Responsible for call plan and call report of the assigned team.
•Seek and propose for the new business opportunity such as new coverage, new tenders, new
penetration channel…
4. Market information & report:
•Accomplish and submit the regular as well as ad-hoc reports on time and informative
•Ensure the sales team to submit the regular &adhoc report on time
•Regularly update market intelligence and suggestion
5. Self-learning & development:
•Proactively and continuously improve the product knowledge and management/leadership
skills through self-learning and from the company provided courses.
•Continuously seek for feedbacks and improve the developing areas.
•Willing to take responsibility for/participate in the new assigned task/project
6. Cooperation and compliance:
•Support and cooperate with other departments to fulfill the joined-tasks/projects
•Support and cooperate with partners & distributor to deliver the best results of the assigned
programs/projects
•Build high team spirit team
•Comply with the company’s policy and ensure the team also follow the company policy


General Requirement :


•Pharmaceutical or medical graduate is a plus
•3-5 years experience in sales management position in international company;
•Self-motivated and possessing good follow-up abilities, good problem solving and analytical
skills;
•Strong supervisor skill, good communication skills;
•Energetic, ambitious, teamwork attitude;
•Ability to work independently and under pressure, willing to take challenge;
•Self-motivated, fast learner;
•Customer- oriented.
