Job Description
- Development, Management and Implementation of Annual and Strategic Marketing Plans
• Lead the development of the annual and strategic plans for Vietnam in line with global objectives of the specialty pharmaceutical business (cancer pain & non cancer pain products).
• Management and implementation of marketing planning process in Vietnam.
• Ensure successful implementation of the strategic and tactical marketing plans in Vietnam through execution of country brand plans.
• Work closely with Medical Department to co-develop Medico-marketing initiatives and materials.
• Execution of marketing initiatives on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Ensure the achievement of quarterly and yearly marketing objectives.
• Propose additional resources as required to grow the business in the Vietnam.
• Development of plans for competitive activity in the Vietnam.
• Close collaboration with regional and global teams to capitalize on new brand opportunities for Vietnam.
• Indentify strategic issues , “gaps”, concerns and business development opportunities for the Vietnam.

• Identify strategic issues, “gaps”, concerns and business development opportunities for the Vietnam.
- Others
• Operate within the relevant Internal & External Codes of Conduct, including SOPs.
• Abide by all local laws and regulations, particularly any local anti-bribery legislation as well as the company Promotional Practices Policy (M3P), the company Anti-Corruption Policy (MACP), the UK Bribery Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

General Requirements :
- Qualifications and Experience
• Educational Qualifications :
Medical background/Pharmacist.
Desired MBA in Marketing, or related field.
- Relevant Experience :
1. Sales and Marketing background with hands on experience in senior level as Marketing Manager/Director or BUM.
2. Experience as a product manager/marketing manager for non cancer pain products and cancer pain products
3. Strong leadership skills and proven track record in managing people
4. Strong support/collaboration with Medical and Government affairs
- Language Requirements (if any) : Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Skills Required
• Personal : Proactive, open-mind, logical and organizational
• Professional : Quality oriented, Excellent communication and leadership, Outstanding performance coaching skill.
• Technical : Excellent English & Vietnamese, Good computer skills on MS Office
