Main functions:

• Manage sales achievement & marketing activation to achieve company targets.
• Manage Actavis Sales team and co-work with distributors’ sales force to maximize the sales coverage.
• Develop new outlets in target audiences in the set territory.
• Develop relationship with Key Decision Maker, Key Opinion Leader to support brand in field.
• Responsible for launch preparation, sales campaigns and develop the product in long-term strategy.
• Manage the sales force as company guidelines in term of report, appraisal and recruitment.

Jobs Superviser (Titles):
Medical/Consumer Representatives/Specialist

Key Duties and Responsibilities % Time or Importance

1. Find and propose new distributor or new sub-distributor how to optimize the product coverage
2. Work tightly and effectively with current distributors via sales and marketing supports how to maximize the sales achievement to hit the sales target
3. Sales supports in hospital tender, KoLs& VIPs relationships, sub- distributor network, wholesales sales, sales reports, competitors’ follow up
4. Marketing supports in medical documentation, symposia-conference organization, promotional materials preparation, market survey, report for new launches in market
5. Raise the opinion for new molecules, new launches with smart analysis and suitable forecast
6. Build the relationship with relevant authorities in hospitals mainly especially in the field of Obstetric& Gynecology, Pediatrics, Orthopedic, Cardiovascular and OTC line if any
7. Coaching and supervising the field force to achieve the sales target set to the team.       

General requirements:


Education and Experience:
-    Bachelor Degree majoring in Medical Doctor, Pharmaceutical
-    At least 02 years’ experience on team management in professional international companies
-    Previous experience working with Obstetric& Gynecology and Pediatricsis a priority
-    Previous experience working with pharmaceutical company is a plus
