Job Description.
1. Strategic & Planning tasks:
• Designing the marketing development Partnership strategies activities which is linked with Brand’s
• strategies and maximizing the Brands’ awareness, penetration and most important is the Brand’s love.
• Building and maintaining relationship with all partners (GoV and Business partners), well understanding ofpartners’ industries as well as their strategies on related products-products linking;
• Supervising and monitoring the team members on daily co-activities between Brands’ and partners.
• Coordinate the "virtual" cross-functional and cross-business team that will deliver on targeted strategicbusiness and marketing priorities of Brands.
2. Executions tasks:
• Monitor performance of all creative and data strategies and make appropriate recommendations to further
• improve performance in Brands E&A Building.
• Prepare budget plans for assigned and budget holder for E&A programs;
• Direct managing Healthcare & Hygiene programs and ensure they are well implementing & serve for the
• prior objectives of USLP for Oral Care, Skincare, HHC which are targeting to the perfection of changing
• behavior of students on Health care improving focused in Tooth Brushing, Hand Washing & Sanity.
• Develop & implement dentist contact program which building the expertise of P/S with dental experts for a
• strong endorsement of experts to PVS.
• Support new product/channel ideas/marketing concepts in schools, experts & authority channels.
• Work closely with Marketing team & CD team to ensure the Brands’ penetration;
• Build professional relationship with Centre GoV bodies (MoH, MoET), professional organization (Hospitals,Research Centers, Universities), local GoV (PPC, Education & Health Departments); Women Union, YouthUnion which are paving the strong foundation for supporting E&A activities at all levels for each specificBrand’s targeting specialized in Oral Health Care, Body Hygiene & Facility Sanitation.
• Explore and maintain the relationship with all business partners who would help to expand the business ofBrands.
General Requirements:
• University graduate
• At least 2 years experienced at relevant positions in FMCG company and Social organization (non-profit);
• Experience in Corporate relation/PR is a plus
• Strong network in government/professional organization such as: hospital, education & health departments,
• Universities, ect..
• Customer- oriented, strong communication, negotiation & problem solving skills
• Strong leadership, teamwork, strategic mindset
• Good command of English
• Passion for making Vietnamese lives better
• Preferred Customer relationship expert
