DESCRIPTION JOB

1. Being responsible for complying sale targets, product coverage in their assigned stores or supermarket
2. Consulting, introducing and selling products: Constantly be at displayed area to on time guide customers in choosing Company’s products
3. Maintain and ensure full stocking, and right format of all products in their assigned area such as: type, label, quantity, standard, etc.

4. Stocking: on time sale and inventory report to Area Sales Manager or Sale Supervisor base on their assigned areas consumption in order maintain enough stocks, product varieties, etc. and propose suitable program for each period. Be proactive in stock order placing and ensuring stocking has to be done at least once per week

5. Inventory checking: Counting product quantity base on their code and identifying inventory number. Ensuring the accuracy and truthfulness in checking goods at their charge areas

6. Inventory return: Based on consumption volume and also customer feedbacks as well as product using time to suggest returned list for products no longer fit (from product defective, damaged or unpopular, uncommon, low sale volume products, ...)

7. Displaying: Regularly check shelves and products to ensure goods are always clean, tidy, and right shapes. All products are diversified such as: mode, good displaying, and catching customer. In case lack of goods, must be refill goods on the shelves immediately. If supermarket’s inventory is out of order, they must immediately report to GSBH / ASM to schedule additional orders

8. Product maintaining: Regularly inspect all stocks to ensure no dirty, scratched, dented distorted, bent, warped, damaged parts of the product or faulty goods, corrupted whole ... In case of damage, quick fixing has to be done ( such as using flour as all scratches, cleaning products clean, glued labels, stickers supplement labels, supplement the missing parts, missing parts of the product ...). If there is no instant remedy, they must report it immediately to GSBH / ASM to take measures to replace barter for displaying

9. New product information updating: about product form, material, color, style ... Estimating customers who put in every area of the Company branches in supermarkets and customers who only see, try, purchase of company. The report was cause increase or decrease volume, sales revenue of the Company at the supermarket. Updating the information: goods, revenue and growth and reducing rates of producers in supermarkets.
