Job description
- Leaderhip- leads a team of District/Regional Sales Manager/MRs/Sales admin within responsibel country thru strategic thinking and communciation. Ensure that team has goal clarity and knows the strategy to achieve the golas. Practice inspiring behaviours to drive winning spirit. Active contribution to the leadership team to support organizational objectives
- Managing business/Performance :
+ Develops a national plan to maximize the resource utilization (expenses budget) and ensures : execution excellence, targeting of most valuable customers, best in calss selling/coaching/training practice, optimal field force structure and sizing, required training resources, inspiring incentive plans development, FF/training KPI achievement, target and goals setting plans
+ Has the responsibility to meet/exceed sales budget value ad product mix/productivity/market share develpment) for the entire country in charge, individua direct report and channels. Responsible for rollout and embedding of Customer engagement excellence programmes/processes/tools.
General requirement
Bachelor degree of Pharmacist or Doctor
Strategic thinking, leadership, coaching skills, business planning, perfromance management, driving execution excellence, communication skill, project management, IT Literacy
English proficiency – fluent
Minimum 5 years sales management experience is required in pharmaceutical industry. Prior marketing experience and good undersatdning of marketing strategy is desirable
