Primary Accountability:

· Manage engineering team (25 members including: Electrical, Mechanical, Utility & Facility) and coordinates activities of engineering department related to process, project, maintenance, electronic and electrical to ensure the business operation in factory.

· Be responsible for engineering and preventive maintenance schedules e like electrical, project, maintenance,… to achieve maximized capacity utilization on manufacturing operations and superior product performance.

· Be accountable of engineering procedures and policies compliance to make sure sustainable operations

· Manage and control engineering department budget to deliver the excellent support with the optimum cost

· Facilitate the improvement of technical knowledge across the whole related operations organization via development of SOPs, best practices and training materials as well as execution of training activities (both class-room and on-the-job).

Qualifications and Skills required:

· University graduated or higher - major in electricity or electronic or electrical automation.

· At least 5 years experiences in relevant position in manufacturing enterprise.

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

· Strong organizational skills and leadership.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills,

· Proficiency in English.
