JOB DECRIPMENT
• Organize, control and overall responsibility of parts Sales Admin, Sales Data.
• Support to General Director, Regional Sales Manager, Sales Admin, and complete Field Sales common goal.
• Manage, control, support Sales Admin, Sales Data ensure the full update the database and schedule work.
• Receive and distribution, adjusted target monthly / quarterly / year for each channel
• Forecast sales volume monthly / quarterly / year.
• To optimize sales and revenue growth.
• Issuing the notice, programs, policies, procedures, product price ... to the MT and GT-channel sales system
• Follow up discount programs, promotions, displays...
• Coordinate the organization; participate in team building activities, events and the business departments
• Coordinate with other departments involved in the drafting, refinement, standardization: the notices, policies, procedures, of Field Sales and Distributors
• Monitor the progress of payment of expenses: salaries, bonuses, discounts, programs, per diem...
• Synthesis report business results periodically and irregularly.
• Support for the sales department, in collaboration with the departments handling the generation...
JOB REQUIREMENT
• At least 4 years experience in FMCG industry
• Strong background and work experience in sales data management
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Vietnamese
• Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups
• Budget development and oversight experience
• Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.
